Beagle is a sensor platform based on Ausrobot tried and proven unmanned ground vehicle (UGV range). This easy to operate, rapid response vehicle carries out inspection, detection, identification and surveillance in hazardous environments including explosives, HAZMAT, mining, industrial and emergency incident sites.

Beagle may be fitted with the standard HAZMAT RAE sensors providing stand-off detection, identification and alerting for gas, vapour and particle thresholds. The operator is able to simultaneously monitor all sensor readings along with camera feeds for navigation, surveillance and inspection.

Alerts have been integrated into the console to indicate when gaseous, vapour and  particle thresholds have been exceeded. Thresholds may be set by the operator.

Optional items include forward looking, high intensity white light illumination or infra red

illumination, a rear mounted operator controlled tow hook and robotic arm offering over  2 m reach for sensor readings.
